The photo is nothing to scream about, but it was the only documentation I have of it, and that's thanks to my friend.

This was taken after a whole night of walking around misters and sweating, so it's a little weathered on top of it.

But I still love the concept. I was going for the "alien rips person's face off and wears it like mask" look.

Once again, the trusty combo of:
mint julep mud pack
cotton balls
pus (liquid, corn starch and yellow food coloring)
stage blood, 2 consistencies (runny, and fresh scab)
airbrush
15-20 minutes with hair spray sealent.
